Stage 1: Carton Erecting (Case Forming)

The process starts with the Box Erector. An operator simply replenishes the magazine with flattened cartons. The machine uses vacuum suction cups​ to pick up a single carton and form it into a box shape. Finally, it folds the bottom flaps and seals them with tape, creating a stable container ready for loading.

Stage 2: Product Loading (Case Packing)

Next, the Case Packer​ takes over. Once the empty box is in position, the machine organizes the products (cartridge or bottles ) and pushes them into the carton in a preset arrangement. This ensures every box is packed neatly and consistently.

Stage 3: Top Sealing (Carton Closing)

Finally, the filled carton moves to the Top Sealer. Side belts hold the box steady while the machine folds the top flaps flat. A sealing head applies the tape and cuts it cleanly. The result is a perfectly sealed finished carton, ready for palletizing or storage.
