This machine is ideal for the production of silicone adhesives, where it efficiently blends color paste and base material without moving parts. It is widely applied in small-batch, multi-color manufacturing scenarios, delivering consistent mixing quality.
This machine is equipped with 28 static mixing pipes. Each pipe can produce adhesive in one color. You can also use a single pipe to produce several similar colors, depending on your production schedule. When switching between similar colors in the same pipe, you need to flush out the previous color with adhesive.
Besides the 28-pipe model, we also offer custom configurations of 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, or 24 pipes to meet your specific requirements.
Why is it called “static”?
There are no moving parts inside the pipes. Uniform mixing is achieved entirely by the fluid flow: the fixed mixing elements repeatedly divide, redirect, shear, and recombine the adhesive as it passes through.
This machine covers an area of 30 square meters, ideal for small-batch production with multiple colors.It can fill 15–18 cartridges per minute.
If production for a certain color is temporarily stopped, you can seal the inlet and outlet with plastic film. The adhesive inside the pipe will not cure, and you can resume production simply by removing the film when needed.
28-Color Pipe Static mixiing Complete Operating Process
- Dispense color paste (from 20L drums) and base adhesive (from 200L drums).
- Meter the color paste and base adhesive precisely; motor pressure drives the adhesive forward into the static mixing pipe.
- The adhesive is thoroughly mixed inside the static pipe and continues to flow forward.
- A filling head at the end of the static pipe allows for manual filling of cartridges.
- Place the filled cartridges into a capping machine to finish the production process.
We also offer another type of 3K single-tube static machine.It is ideal for large-volume production of a single color.The sealant it mixes per minute is sufficient to fill 30 cartridges.
