First – Its Structure:

This glass glue filling machine has mainly composed of the fuselage, piston pump, equivalent valve, filling merchanism,cartridge loading groove and cap storage. Part of the fuselage is machined from stainless steel plates with good pressure and corrosion resistance. Piston pump as the most important part of the glass glue filling machine. And its function is to make sealant into metering cylinder, then transport them into the filling head through the pipeline. The piston pump also control the filling interval and flow rate, finally realize the automatic filling of the product.

Second – Its Working Principle:

This filling machine will extract sealant from the drum/container, then sealant will transport into the filling head through the piston pump, so the valve can accordingly adjust its exact amount of each filling into cartridge/sausage sachet. The filling head has a weighing platform for precise metering to ensure accuracy during its filling process. Using this device, the whole filling process can carried on continuously stability to ensure the consistency of the filler’s quality.

Third, Its Pressure Source

The pressure of the glue filling machine mainly comes from the internal piston and the external air source. When this piston moves upward inside, the sealant will press into the pump. Then they forms a tight passive space inside the pump to make sealant connecting with outlet. So the sealant will be compressed into cylinder outlet base on the air source pressure. That’s how it works.

In addition, there are other pressures need to achieve by manual control, such as the filling interval of the filling head and their flow size.
