This is an integrated food-grade machine for chub packaging. It automatically fills meat paste, sausage emulsion or other food materials into plastic chub casings, then performs double clipping on both ends of the filled casing.
It seals both sides with metal clips continuously, forming airtight chub packages. Widely used for packing sausages, meat spreads, pet food, cheese and other paste-like food products in chub style.

I. Filling Unit Performance Introduction
- This machine is driven by servo motors.
- Equipped with a vacuum system to ensure the filling process is carried out under vacuum conditions.
- The machine is fitted with a human-machine interface, servo motors and reducers. Its control system adopts a custom-programmed integrated control module developed by our company. It delivers faster response for motion modes and higher dosing accuracy, improving the precision of the equipment.
- A material elevator is supplied with the machine for automatic feeding to reduce labor costs.
- It comes with a directional spiral auger driven by a variable-frequency motor with independent control and adjustable rotation speed.
- The machine adopts a vane-type (also called scraper-type) filling method for automatic quantitative portioning. It can be connected to a double clipper to form an automatic filling-clipping production line.
- Filling is completed under vacuum, which effectively prevents fat oxidation, avoids protein hydrolysis and reduces bacterial count. This reliably guarantees product shelf life, bright color and pure flavor.
- The pump body, impeller and vanes of the machine adopt special heat treatment technology, featuring high surface finish, good wear resistance and easy cleaning.
- The tolerance for normal minced products is within ±1.5g, and the tolerance for normal chunk products is within ±3g.

This machine is driven by a servo motor. Multiple cam sets work together to complete clipping. It features compact structure and reliable transmission. The frame is made of high-quality aluminum alloy and stainless steel. Its main parts and transmission components are processed from stainless steel and premium steel.
Easy to operate and maintain. Equipped with emergency stop switch, visual dialogue screen and automatic oil lubrication system. It supports stepless speed regulation.
Alloy wire is adopted as sealing consumable to guarantee sealing effect while reducing cost. The clips are U-shaped.
