The Online Rotary Marking System​ is designed for automatic batch code printing on sealant tubes and cartridges, ensuring high-speed, accurate, and contactless marking in a continuous production line.
How the System Works
1.
Automatic Loading via Hopper​
Operators simply place sealant tubes or cartridges into the feeding hopper. The inclined hopper guides the products smoothly and ensures a steady supply without manual handling.

Controlled Downstream Movement​
Once inside the system, the tubes move downward under controlled guidance, maintaining correct orientation and alignment before reaching the conveyor.
3.
Conveyor Transfer to Rotary Station​
A servo-driven conveyor belt​ transports each tube steadily toward the rotary marking station, guaranteeing consistent positioning and timing.
4.
Rotary Marking with Precision​
As the tube rotates at the marking station, the integrated automatic inkjet printer sprays the batch number, date code, or QR code​ evenly around the tube body.
5.
Continuous High-Speed Output​
After marking, the coded tubes are conveyed out for the next production step—ideal for batch coding automation.
