Sausage sealant carton all-in-one packaging machine is a new type of packaging equipment designed to inline with our sausage silicone filling machine as a whole automatic filling and packing production line to save time and labor cost for medium-large sealant manufacturing plant.

Firstly the sausages sealant will finish its silicone filling by our silicone filling machine, Secondly it will follow the groove into the standby platform for layers stacked in the carton accordingly, at the same time, Cardboard sheet will separated each layer used its manipulator until it finished, so the conveyor will send this full box going to next step, finally the nozzle and the qualified card are respectively placed automatically. Each link is smoothly connected, and the packing action is accurately completed.
